We would therefore ask that where you have been introduced to a Coach through PCN you do not engage that Coach to work directly for you for a period of 18 months following the last job sourced through PCN. Our payments terms are within 30 days of the completion of the job. Please contact us if you would like to agree alternative arrangements. You allow PCN to share your information insofar as it may be necessary to make arrangements with the Coach to carry out the work arranged through PCN. PCN is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of the information provided by Coaches. We will endeavour to send you Coaches of the highest calibre. However PCN cannot take responsibility for the behaviour of a Coach and is not responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide or their failure to provide relevant information. In the event of a Coach being booked for a job and then subsequently withdrawing their availability, PCN will endeavour to find a replacement Coach. However PCN is not responsible for any loss incurred (financial or otherwise) in the event that a Coach does not show up for a job or fails to complete it in a satisfactory manner.
